A Creative Space In Tampa For Your Own Projects

Bring the costume you're halfway through, the scrapbook you never finish at home, or the idea you've been meaning to try. Our Make Space has the tables, the tools and the basic supplies, and other makers around you. No mess at home, no alcohol, just making.

Bring Your Project. Use Our Space.

A workshop starts and ends at a set time. The Make Space doesn't. Come in during opening hours, pick up where you left off, and work at a table with people making completely different things. Someone is sewing, someone is painting, someone is gluing a birthday banner, and the conversation happens by itself.

Project Storage

Leave It Here. Pick It Up Next Week.

Big projects rarely get finished in one evening. Member+ members get their own labeled bin to store a project between visits, so a half-sewn costume or a stack of scrapbook pages can wait at HEY SUA instead of on your kitchen table.
The Make Space is for Member and Member+ members. New here? Your first visit is free. A Community Host will show you the tools and help you find a spot.

For Example

A Halloween Costume, Start To Finish

Week one: sketch your idea and cut the pattern on our big tables. Week two: sew it on the HEY SUA machine with thread from the shelf. Week three: buy the extra trim here, add the final details, and take it home in time for the party. Between visits, it waits in your Member+ bin.
